Vivid/XCritic Poll: 93% of Voters Want Caitlyn Jenner’s Porn Debut

No adult company has profited from celebrity sex tapes as much as Vivid Entertainment. The adult content giant is very aware of where its bread is buttered, and considering any barely known D-lister can make some serious noise by fucking on camera and fake a little outrage when the tape comes out, it’s hard to fault them for trying to make easy money off it.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Vivid extended a six-figure offer to aspiring “African-American” Rachel Dolezal to star in her own sexually explicit video for the company. Trendy names can sell, and the public will quickly let them know what they want to see.

A recent poll by Vivid and Xcritic.com revealed an astounding 93% of voters want to see transgender reality TV star — and erstwhile former Olympian — Caitlyn Jenner doing a porn video.

“Making an adult film might be something for her to seriously consider,” said Vivid Entertainment’s founder and co-chairman Steven Hirsch. “Vivid has worked with a number of transgender performers and they had a very satisfying, positive experience. We would certainly be open to talking to Caitlyn about the possibility.”

The poll also provided some specifics: 58% of voters said they would prefer to see Caitlyn in a threesome with another man and another woman. Less than half of those (25.8%) want to see her with just a male co-star. Only 9.7% claimed wanting to check her out in a lesbian scene; and a very minor 6.5% would like to watch a Caitlyn solo scene.

It was also reported that 53% of voters would rather see Caitlyn in a straight sex scene, instead of something with a storyline. This sort of makes sense, since there have already been more plotted Jenner scenes than anyone wanted to watch in a lifetime.

“The eyes of the world have been focused on Caitlyn and her transition into a woman,” said Chris Thorne, editor of XCritic.com.  “The media has covered her in jeans, casual wear and evening gowns. Our fans are more curious about what she looks like nude and having sex.”

Perhaps the most interesting thing about all of this is that, in a weird way, Jenner owes celebrity sex tapes a lot of her current fame. When you break it down, Caitlyn Jenner’s star as we know it likely wouldn’t have happened if Kim Kardashian’s sex tape with Ray J hadn’t come out, back in 2007. Don’t get me wrong, Jenner was popular even before Kim was born, but Bruce probably wouldn’t have become a trending topic in the last decade had he not been married to Kris Jenner and appeared in the reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians — which probably would have never aired without Kim’s viral sex tape.

It’s unlikely Jenner will do porn — she doesn’t need it to get more famous or rich. But it brings an interesting debate to the table: Is a marketable sex tape really less dignified than what all the Kardashians have been doing for the past eight years?

That could be the most actual work any of them have done in a long time. I mean, it’s no decathlon, but it’s something!
