fit-2

I get it, sometimes it’s hard to find the time to workout. I mean, as it is, we have to convince ourselves to actually exercise, and now we have to also squeeze in the time? I know, it can be hard. So that’s why I’ve compiled some easy to do AND short workout videos that you can do in just a few minutes a day.

If you can do it all in one sitting, that’s great. If not, I say spread it out. Finding 10 minutes here and there throughout your day might be easier than finding a whole 30 minute stretch.

Working out your Lower Abdomen (8 minutes)

You gotta love the enthusiasm of Coach Kozak! This 8 minute workout might look simple, but it will burrrrrrn.

Full Body Workout (10 minutes)

If you only have 10 minutes and want to get an intense workout, check out the video above. I have to give it to the guy, he really went all the way. I couldn’t do it without stopping to rest. This will destroy you. But it will be worth it! Just like Freddy says in the video, “Feel that burn!”

Working out the butt (11 minutes)

Your glutes are super important to having a strong body. For some reason men seem to focus a lot on the abdomen but leave butt workouts out of the equation. Here is a kick ass (gettit??) workout from Alicia Marie and trust me, not only will you will feel the burn, you will also have buns of steel!

Chest and Back (3 minutes)

You will need 2 dumbbells for this workout or 2 large (2 litre, 5 litre or more) bottles of water with a good grip. A great upper body workout, totally worth it if you end up looking like Mike Chang!

Working out the legs (12 minutes)

Avoid chicken legs and workout your legs with good ol’ Mike Chang. The workout starts about 2 minutes in the video, so if watch it the first time around but feel free to skip the introduction and go straight to the workout the next time. You will need barbells for this workout.

So there you have it! As you can see you don’t need a lot of equipment to get fit. Nor do you need a lot of time or space. So no excuses!! Get to it lads! Let me know what you think of the workouts in the comments!
