5 Awesome New Movies For 2015
Aw yeah, it’s time for all the yummy movie trailers to come out. One by one, all the hopeful trailers emerge on YouTube. Some trailers give away the whole plot in the short trailer and some don’t give enough to even ignite interest. Whatever it is, we’re always excited for a new batch of movies every year and this year we await with baited (kinda) breath to watch this lot.
Crimson Peak

Haven’t had a good dose of Guillermo del Toro since his attempt at TV with vampire show The Strain – and he didn’t even direct that. This time around we’re getting a full-on Victorian nightmare, set to hit the theatres October 16.
Big Game

It’s Samuel L. Jackson people. Strap on tight because it’s going to be (probably) an awesome ride. Mr. Jackson plays the American president who is stranded in a forest in Finland and is being hunted by people with big guns who want to kill him. His only hope for survival? A young kid with a bow and some arrows. You know you wanna watch this! In cinemas in May 2015.
Trainwreck

It’s nice to see that we’re now making movies about women who can’t commit (and not just men). And while there might be a potential that all the funny bits of Trainwreck are already in the trailer, I’m still gonna watch it if only to see the funny way one woman handles one night stands and how she owns her inner sluttiness. Hell yeah! Watch it this July 2015.
Hot Pursuits

Haven’t seen Reese Witherspoon in a movie since forever and I adore Sofia Vergara so having these two in an all female buddy movie directed by a woman director (Anne Fletcher) is like spotting a unicorn. Plus it looks funny. What’s not to love? In cinemas this May 2015.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E

Ok, I gotta be honest here. I saw the trailer for this movie and knew immediately I would be watching it, based on all the hunky men in it. Yes, that’s terrible but then I noticed that the movie was a spy movie – a spy movie with some style and wit and it’s directed by Guy Ritchie – I was sold! Catch it in cinemas in August 2015.
