T-3 to the Super Bowl where the fans take center stage right next to their favorite players. According to DJ Roller, co-founder of NextVR, “it’s about connecting fans to the sports they love in ways we could never dream of before.”

And connect them they will with everyone literally getting in the game from tech titans like Microsoft and SAP to Jaunt VR and NextVR with the promise that “one moment you’re in the end zone as a kicker is being rushed, the next you’re on the sidelines next to a 6-foot-5 linebacker as he vents about a botched play.”

USA Today breaks it down for us in this Super Sized view of Super Bowl50 in San Francisco (say that 10 times out loud – we dare you).

That said, we’re gearing up for game day the best we know how. VR Goggles. Check. Cheerleaders. Double check. #SB50 – game on!
