Q. What is BaDoink?

A. BaDoink is a collective group of products and services focused around the fun parts of being an adult. We cover everything from new tech gadgets to streaming adult videos because we know being a kid isn’t the only time you can have fun in life.

A. BaDoink VIP isn’t available to just anyone, hence the VIP. We offer our VIP members full access to all of our products including our hardcore video streaming service.

Q. I have never purchased BaDoink, why do I see your ads everywhere?

A. We buy ads just like any other company. Most are non-intrusive, however we also have affiliates who have chosen to promote us. At times they can be a bit, overzealous. Feel free to contact us if you notice a particular ad bothering you. We don’t want that.

Q. When I try to visit [my favorite site] on my phone or tablet I am shown BaDoink. Why is this happening?

A. A number of our affiliates have chosen to redirect mobile and tablet traffic as an ad spot instead of creating a mobile version of their page. We would be happy to voice your concerns to site owners if you have an issue. We would prefer people not send pissed-off users to our offers.

Q. I signed up to BaDoink, will it show up on my credit card statement?

A. Badoink offers discreet billing for our website members. This means the description in your statement will not match the website name you signed up with. In its place, the name of our billing processing company will be on your statement. Upon enrollment to our site, you’re sent a welcome email that includes membership details that lists the name of the billing processing company that accepts your payment. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, try checking your email account’s spam folder.

Q. I have unauthorized charges on my statement, what do I do?

We take fraud complaints very seriously. In fact, we spend thousands of dollars every month to prevent fraudulent joins to and detect fraudulent activity on our website. Get in touch with us asap if you feel you had been a victim of identity theft!
